Duration: 13 weeks+ with potential for direct hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Overview:
Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician PSR in a specialized home infusion closed-door pharmacy environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency through client interaction, order management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Service Representative Role: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent service to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Client Communication: Manage incoming calls from diverse stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Order Entry: Accurately input prescriptions and orders into the system, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
• Office Support: Perform front office duties within a professional office setting, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician Experience
• 1+ years of IV Compounding Experience
• CPR+ Familiarity (Preferred)
• New York (NY) Pharmacy Technician License
