Non- Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge - West Palm Beach, Florida

Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced pharmacist with a passion for non-sterile compounding? Do you want to take on a leadership role in a growing specialty pharmacy? We are seeking a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a direct hire position with the opportunity to make a significant impact at a new facility specializing in custom compounds like weight-loss, anti-aging medications, and hormone replacement therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff: Oversee staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production teams
• Review batch records: Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Enforce cGMP standards: Understand and apply current Good Manufacturing Practices
• Monitor adverse drug events: Assist in completing Adverse Drug Event (ADE) forms
• Staff management: Hire, monitor, and terminate employees with CEO/President approval
• Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Sterile compounding: Compound pharmaceuticals as needed, with a focus on sterile injectables and powders

What We re Looking For:

• Needed Licensure: AR, KY, LA, MD, OK, OR, TX, VA, FL, WV if not all at least a few
• Have a minimum of 2 years non-sterile compounding experience
• Have a minimum of 2 years pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and nurture a dedicated team
