Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge - West Palm Beach, Florida

RPh on the Go is seeking a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a Day Shift position in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Direct Hire opportunity is perfect for an experienced pharmacist specializing in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate must hold active licenses in both Florida and District of Columbia (DC).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-sterile compounding operations while ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.

• Manage daily pharmacy activities to guarantee the safe and precise preparation of compounded medications.

• Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff.

• Maintain high-quality control standards for all compounded medications.

• Supervise inventory management and supply ordering.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• No weekends

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist licenses in Florida and District of Columbia (DC).

• Experience in non-sterile compounding is strongly preferred.

• Pharmacist in Charge experience is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Solid understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
