Professional Experience:

• 1-2+ Years of Retail Pharmacy Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail pharmacy operations.
  • Familiarity with prescription processing, inventory management, and customer interactions.

• Non-Sterile Compounding Experience (Preferred):

  • Previous experience in non-sterile compounding is a significant advantage.

Essential Functions:

1. Fulfillment:

   • Efficiently prepare and dispense medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
   • Collaborate with pharmacists to fulfill prescription orders in a timely manner.

2. Data Entry:

   • Accurate and timely entry of prescription information into the pharmacy system.
   • Verify and maintain up-to-date patient records.

3. Customer Service:

   • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address inquiries.
   • Assist with resolving customer concerns and issues.

4. All Duties of Retail Tech:

   • Perform all standard duties associated with a retail pharmacy technician role.
   • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Active and Clear New York (NY) State Pharmacy Technician License
