Operating Room (OR) Pharmacist - Contract Position
Location: Newark, DE
Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40
Position Type: Contract, No on-calls or weekends

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Operating Room (OR) Pharmacist to join our team in Newark, DE. This is a contract position with no on-call responsibilities or weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work exclusively in the Operating Room Pharmacy setting
• Ensure the safe and efficient provision of pharmaceutical services within the OR
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy management
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of pharmaceutical activities

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D or B.S Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience
• Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
