Order Entry Pharmacy Technician - Albuquerque, New Mexico

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a reputable long-term care facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is vital for ensuring accurate and timely entry of medication orders, directly impacting the health and well-being of the patients we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Verify patient information and medication details for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with pharmacists to resolve discrepancies or clarify prescription information.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing medications.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding pharmacy operations.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• NM pharmacy technician license.
