Order Entry Pharmacy Technician Day Shift (Benefits Included)

Join a long-term care pharmacy as an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you ll play a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of medication orders. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter medication orders into the pharmacy system.
• Review and verify patient information to ensure precision in processing prescriptions.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to address prescription discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all pharmacy regulations and policies.
• Assist with other pharmacy-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a long-term care or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
