Location: On-site at our closed-door pharmacy in Plymouth, MI
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, or 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting long-term care residents by ensuring prescriptions are processed quickly and accurately. What You ll Do:
As part of our pharmacy operations team, you ll be responsible for entering prescriptions into Framework and DocuTrack with a high level of accuracy. You ll also assist customers over the phone, providing prompt, helpful service while resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

• Entering prescription information into the system with accuracy and speed

• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies

• Supporting departmental goals through collaboration and communication

• Working under pharmacist supervision in accordance with state regulations

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and clients

• Maintaining efficiency and attention to detail in a high-volume setting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Active Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registration with the State Board of Pharmacy

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmacy systems, and prescription processing

• Strong math skills for pharmacy calculations

• Previous long-term care pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills:

• Prior order entry experience in a pharmacy environment

• Comfort working with Framework and DocuTrack systems

• Accuracy-driven with strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented and able to meet deadlines
