Outpatient Hospital Staff Pharmacist Full Time Brewster, WA

RPh on the go has partnered with a hospital group near Brewster to help find a Staff Pharmacist to help with an upcoming 3-month assignment in their outpatient pharmacy. Apply for immediate consideration.

Duties:

• Help provide in-service training for pharmacy personnel or other clinic personnel
• Dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients
• Review medical charts per OBRA requirements
• Oversee the clinic medication formulary

Hours of operation:

• Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm

Requirements:

• Washington Pharmacist license clear/active
