Job Title: Staff Pharmacist - Outpatient (Travel Assignment)

Location: Arizona
Schedule: 5 Days a Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: 13+ Week Travel Assignment

RPh on the Go is hiring for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join an outpatient team in Arizona for a 13+ week travel assignment. This role requires a dedicated professional to oversee pharmacy operations and support process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily administrative operations to maintain high standards of service quality, aligning with regulatory and professional guidelines
2. Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to improve operational and financial performance, supporting organization-wide Quality Improvement initiatives
3. Lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures
4. Continuously assess program effectiveness, initiating process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of clinical pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Five years of professional experience, including at least two years in a management role
• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD and residency preferred
• Active, unrestricted state pharmacy license (Arizona state license preferred)
