Outpatient Pharmacy PIC - Temporary Position in Arkansas

RPh on the Go is urgently seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to manage an outpatient pharmacy in Arkansas. This temporary role will last until a permanent hire is made. If you have strong leadership skills and outpatient or retail pharmacy experience, this opportunity is for you!

Position Details:

• Location: Arkansas
• Type: Temporary (ASAP until a permanent hire is made)
• Environment: Outpatient Pharmacy
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Pharmacy System: RX30
• Team: One pharmacist (you) and one pharmacy technician
• Volume: Not high volume

Duties:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and Staff Pharmacist
• Manage daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff oversight
• Fill and verify prescriptions, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Requirements:

• Pharmacist License: Active and clear Arkansas Pharmacist license
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of outpatient or retail pharmacy experience
