Position: Clinical Pharmacist - Outpatient (Travel/Local)
Location: Peridot, AZ
Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

RPH on the go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an outpatient travel or local position in Peridot, AZ. The pharmacist will play a crucial role in overseeing daily administrative operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards. This position requires leadership, clinical expertise, and a focus on quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Oversight: Ensure top-quality service delivery aligned with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Outcome Measures & Tracking: Develop and implement systems to improve operational and financial efficiency, incorporating these into the organization-wide Quality Improvement processes.
3. Policy Development: Lead the creation, implementation, and assessment of departmental policies and procedures.
4. Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate program effectiveness and initiate improvements to enhance service delivery.
5. Staff Development: Provide feedback to staff, support their professional growth, and maintain performance standards using HR policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Two years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Five years of professional experience, including two years in management.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred, including 1-year residency.
• Licensing:
  • Current and active unrestricted state Pharmacy license; Arizona state license preferred.
• Certifications:
  • AHA/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
