Overnight Fulfillment Pharmacist Specialty Compounding PA

RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for an overnight fulfillment role with a specialty compounding pharmacy focused on tailored patient therapies. This 13-week contract has strong potential to convert to a full-time position for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for pharmacists with a sharp eye for accuracy, strong patient care instincts, and a proactive approach to managing pharmacy operations. You ll oversee fulfillment staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and step in with hands-on support as needed to maintain efficient, precise, and legally compliant prescription processing.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 11:00pm 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fulfillment operations and pharmacy staff during overnight shifts

• Ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensing of compounded and traditional medications

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation standards

• Assist with packaging, shipping, and handling of prescription orders

• Review and maintain patient profiles, med histories, and therapy plans

• Provide counseling on prescriptions, OTC meds, and supplements

• Evaluate medication therapy for proper dosing, interactions, and clinical appropriateness

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required

• Recent retail pharmacy experience required

• Experience with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding required

• Ability to lead overnight pharmacy operations with minimal supervision

• Strong clinical communication and patient counseling skills

• New graduates with strong retail or clinical training will be considered
