Overnight Long Term Care Pharmacist - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Pharmacist to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a quiet, focused environment and is passionate about providing top-notch care to long-term care patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and accurately dispense medications to residents in the long-term care facility.
• Perform medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Verify orders and check for potential drug interactions or contraindications.
• Maintain accurate records of medication orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure the best patient care.
• Address and resolve any medication-related inquiries from staff.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• PA pharmacy license.
