We are currently seeking a dedicated Overnight Pharmacist to join our team and provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a long-term care facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview:
As an Overnight Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing medication distribution, ensuring accurate medication administration, and supporting the overall health and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting. This position offers a 7 on/7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Monitor patient profiles and medication interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
• Provide drug information and counseling to staff and residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage and maintain inventory of medications.
• Address and resolve any medication-related issues or concerns.

Shift:

• 7 on 7 off: 8:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• Pennsylvania pharmacy license.
