Overnight Pharmacist - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Pharmacist to join our team and provide exceptional pharmaceutical care at a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role is perfect for a pharmacist who enjoys working independently during overnight hours and has a passion for ensuring the well-being of LTC patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense medications for LTC residents, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facility policies.
• Medication Management: Review and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
• Patient Care: Provide pharmaceutical care and medication counseling to LTC residents as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility-specific protocols.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of all pharmaceutical activities, including dispensing and medication administration records.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• PA pharmacy license.
