We partner with long-term care facilities to ensure their residents receive the highest standard of medication management. We are currently seeking a dedicated Overnight Pharmacist to join our team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Job Description:
As an Overnight Pharmacist at our long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive accurate and timely medication administration. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage medication orders, provide clinical consultation, and support the facility's medication management protocols during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient profiles for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Provide clinical consultation to healthcare staff on medication-related issues.
• Ensure proper medication storage and handling according to facility and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.
• Respond to medication-related inquiries and issues that arise overnight.
• Participate in medication management and quality improvement initiatives.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• Pennsylvania pharmacy license.
