Overnight Pharmacist Long Term Care Facility - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Pharmacist to join our team at a long-term care facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and is looking to make a meaningful impact during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication therapy management and drug interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure the safe and secure storage of medications.
• Support the healthcare team with pharmaceutical expertise during emergencies and overnight situations.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• PA pharmacy license.
