Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Overnight Pharmacist to join our team at a respected long-term care facility in Concord, New Hampshire. This role offers a unique 7 on / 7 off schedule, providing a balanced work-life routine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications, managing pharmaceutical care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of medication dispensing during the overnight shift.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients and healthcare providers.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to address medication-related issues and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Shift:

• 7 on 7 off: 8:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• New Hampshire pharmacy license.
