RPh on the Go has partnered with a specialty compounding pharmacy facility in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania to recruit for an Overnight Pharmacy Technician.

We are seeking motivated, reliable pharmacy technicians who are ready to learn fulfillment and production processes from start to finish. Attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role. Retail pharmacy technicians with a strong work ethic and interest in compounding are welcome to apply!

Position Overview:

• Title: Overnight Pharmacy Technician
• Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania
• Term of Assignment: 13 Weeks Temp to Perm
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Rotating Weekend Shifts: Saturday or Sunday (Candidates must be willing to work ongoing weekend shifts at the start.)

Facility Information:
This is a specialty compounding pharmacy focused on both non-sterile and sterile formulations. The environment is structured, fast-paced, and prioritizes adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> compounding guidelines through training and competencies
• Accurately read, interpret, and enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system
• Prepare and compound medications following established formulations under pharmacist supervision
• Measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications precisely
• Manage inventory, including ingredient stock, PPE supplies, and equipment
• Ensure timely fulfillment and preparation of compounded prescriptions for shipment or pickup
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all compounded products and activities

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience
• Strong commitment to attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license (preferred, not required)
• PTCB certification (preferred, not required)
• Previous experience with sterile or non-sterile compounding highly preferred
