Overnight Pharmacy Technician Compounding Fulfillment Role West Chster PA

You ll be part of a close-knit overnight team working in a warehouse setting where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.

This contract-to-hire opportunity offers full training across multiple areas, including labeling, inventory coordination, workflow support, and warehouse logistics. The client is looking for motivated individuals ready to learn every part of the operation, making reliability and professionalism key.

Assignment Term:
13-week contract with potential to hire
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 11:00pm 7:00am

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage prescription labels accurately

• Process shipping labels and ensure compliance with standards

• Support order fulfillment workflows and logistics

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues

• Manage and maintain inventory compliance

• Assist with warehouse troubleshooting, including printer and system support

Requirements:

• Recent pharmacy technician experience

• Experience with sterile or non-sterile compounding required

• PTCB certification required

• Active pharmacy technician license (PA license strongly preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
