RPh on the Go, a leading pharmacy staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Staff Pharmacist to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Bethlehem, PA. This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a consistent 7 on 7 off schedule, providing excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications for residents in the Long Term Care facility.
• Perform medication reviews and provide clinical recommendations to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage and adjust patient medication therapies.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff during overnight shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient safety at all times.

Shift:

• 8:00pm - 7:00am
• 7 on 7 off

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• PA pharmacy license.
