RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Staff Pharmacist to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Bethlehem, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a consistent and structured environment, working a 7 on 7 off schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications for long-term care residents.
• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide consultation on drug therapies, ensuring optimal medication management for patients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of medication distribution and patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Manage and resolve any medication-related issues that arise during your shift.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Shift:

• 8:00pm - 7:00am
• 7 on 7 off

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• PA pharmacy license.
