Responsibilities:

• Accept new prescriptions, reviews for proper dosage, and verifies prescriptions before patient use
• Dispenses all pharmaceutical and related supplies in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and standards of practice which govern the pharmacy profession
• Maintains pharmacy records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Adheres to organizational policy and procedures
• Participates in orientation/training programs for new team members and current staff
• Participates in Quality Assurance department activities
• Performs other tasks or special projects as necessary

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
• Recent sterile or non-sterile compounding experience.
