Part-Time Dual Licensed Pharmacist in Charge - Carlsbad, California

RPh on the Go is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join our team in Carlsbad, California. This position requires a pharmacist who holds active licenses in both California and Tennessee, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Shift:

• First shift: Schedule will be determined at interview
• Part Time: 20-25 hours/week

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Pharmacy; retail pharmacy or an accredited place employment preferred
• Bachelors or Doctorate of Science in Pharmacy Degree
• CA and TN license required (clear and active)
• PIC experience preferred
