Part-Time Pharmacist - Day Shift - M-F - Specialty/Home Infusion - Irvine, CA

We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Irvine, CA, for an immediate temporary assignment. This position is contractual, with an 8+ week term and requires 20 hours per week during daytime shifts. The pharmacy operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Overview: As a Pharmacist in our setting, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring IV medication therapy for patients receiving care in home and other outpatient settings. Effective communication with providers, patients, and colleagues to ensure patient-focused, accurate, safe, and secure medication management is paramount. Additionally, providing patient consultations regarding safe medication use and storage, addressing health-related concerns, and responding to inquiries will be part of your role. Collaboration with prescribing physicians to address pertinent queries is also essential.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist License: Must be licensed in both Oregon and California
• Experience: Specialty or infusion pharmacy experience
• Good standing with CA and OR pharmacist licenses
