Work every Friday and Saturday with a supportive team and the opportunity to provide excellent care to patients in a busy retail pharmacy setting.

Position Details:

• Term: 13-Week Assignment
• Shifts: 1st Shift
• Schedule:
  • Friday: 9:30 am 6:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and dispense prescription medications, ensuring legal compliance and physician instructions
• Provide thorough patient counseling on both prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Administer immunizations to facility residents and walk-in customers
• Address patient inquiries and medication-related questions with excellent customer service
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate medication needs and effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues

Requirements:

• Clear and Active New Jersey Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification
• Recent retail pharmacy experience is a must
