Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Shift Schedule:
We re seeking a flexible pharmacist to work 8-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the possibility of rotating Saturdays.

Position Overview:
Join our dedicated pharmacy team and make a difference in patient care! As a Staff Pharmacist, you ll be responsible for dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, managing pharmaceutical inventory, and working closely with healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

• Dispensing prescriptions in both retail and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings
• Reviewing and verifying medication prepacks for LTC patients
• Providing medication therapy management and counseling services
• Administering vaccines and offering health advice to patients
• Collaborating with a team to improve patient outcomes and optimize care plans
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

What You Need to Apply:

• Experience in both LTC and retail pharmacy is preferred
• At least one year of recent pharmacist experience
• Completion of an immunization training program required
• Must hold an active and clear Connecticut Pharmacist License
