Part-Time Staff Pharmacist (Specialty Hospice) Wallingford, CT (Weekends Only)

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week weekend contract position at a specialty hospice facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. This part-time role is ideal for a pharmacist with experience in a specialty or hospice environment.

Term of Assignment:

• 12-week contract, weekends only
• Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Managing and dispensing medications for hospice patients in a specialty pharmacy setting.
• Ensuring accurate and timely medication distribution and patient care.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience required.
• Active Connecticut Pharmacist License.
