Job Details:

• Location: Chicago, IL
• Position: Patient Service Representative
• Employment Type: Full-time/Contract to Potential Hire
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding clinic services.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Process payments and insurance verifications efficiently.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare position preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
• Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
• Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
