Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients during check-in with professionalism and care.
- Verify insurance details, collect co-pays, and manage outstanding balances.
- Resolve insurance billing challenges promptly and accurately.
- Address patient concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the team with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare role; billing knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office systems and computers.
- Patient-centered, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. This 13-week assignment has the potential for permanent placement.
