Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Toledo, OH
Provide critical inpatient pharmacy services with flexible coverage opportunities in a hospital setting.

Coverage Dates:

• Primary: March 24 31, 2025
• Additional: Some weekends from mid-February through mid-May (if available).

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (plus possible on-call).
• Weekends: 8:00 AM 12:30 PM (plus possible on-call).

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Perform clinical dosing and monitoring of patient therapies.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless workflow.

Skills and Requirements:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist License.
• Inpatient hospital experience required.
• Familiarity with TruBridge order entry system preferred (training available).
• Experience with Pyxis site automation is a plus.
