Job Opening: PRN Long-Term Care Pharmacist

Location: Overland Park, KS
Start Date: November 15
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate PRN Long-Term Care Pharmacist to enhance our healthcare team in Overland Park, KS. In this vital role, you will help uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care for our long-term care residents.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct final verifications of medication orders.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize medication plans for patients.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Provide education and support to nursing staff and residents on medication management.

Qualifications:

• Current Kansas Pharmacist License.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
• Familiarity with CPR+ or similar pharmacy management systems.
