Pharmacist - Per Diem Coverage - Retail Pharmacy - Kansas City, MO

A closed-door retail pharmacy associated with a clinic in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a per diem pharmacist to cover sick time and PTO. Ample notice will be provided for PTO coverage. Upcoming need: One week at the end of April.

Duties:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle a prescription volume of approximately 200 Rx/day.
• Work alongside pharmacy technicians for support.

Pharmacy Hours: Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM.

• Per Diem coverage as needed (sick time/PTO).
• Upcoming need: One week at the end of April.
• No weekends.

Requirements:

• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Notice of Intent (NOI) required (Pharmacists in Missouri must file an NOI with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to administer vaccines or medications by prescription).
• Knowledge of Scriptpro preferred.
