Per-Diem - Retail Pharmacist Orosi, CA

Location: Orosi, CA

Shifts: 9am - 6pm, Weekends only

Job Duties:

• As a Retail Pharmacist, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to patients. This includes counting, measuring, and packaging prescription medications.

• You'll be involved in receiving and processing prescription orders from healthcare providers and ensuring that the correct medications are dispensed to patients.

• Providing excellent customer service is a crucial part of the role. You'll be interacting with patients and addressing their questions or concerns, so strong communication skills are essential.

• Retail Pharmacists often provide medication counseling to patients, explaining dosage instructions, potential side effects, and addressing any questions or concerns patients may have.

Required:

• Active pharmacist license in the state of California (CA)

• 1+ years of Retail pharmacy experience

As a Retail Pharmacist in this role, you will play a critical part in the healthcare system by ensuring that patients receive the right medications and providing them with the information they need to use those medications safely and effectively.
