We have an urgent PRN Travel Pharmacist opportunity for per diem coverage in Fernley, NV. This is a critical need, and we are seeking an experienced pharmacist to provide coverage for the following shifts:

Location: Fernley, NV
Position Type: Per Diem (Travel Coverage)

Shift Schedule:

• Monday, 12/23/24
• Tuesday, 12/24/24
• Thursday, 12/26/24
• Friday, 12/27/24
• Tuesday, 12/31/24
• Thursday, 1/2/24
• Friday, 1/3/24

Travel Pre-Approved:

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
• Meals: $50.00 per shift
• Hotel: Soliant will handle hotel booking

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional patient care and counseling on medication use and side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management.
• Manage inventory and medication orders to ensure timely availability and proper storage.
• Assist with pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting medication-related issues.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Nevada Pharmacist license
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
