Permanent Pharmacist Opportunity New York, NY

RPh on the Go is seeking a NY-licensed Pharmacist for a permanent position with variable weekly hours, averaging 38 hours/week. The role offers a comprehensive schedule in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 5pm
• Hours: Variable, 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Register as the supervising pharmacist with the state board of pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Participate in business development within the store and community.
• Manage and evaluate pharmacy support personnel and ensure completion of required training.
• Provide patient-centered services, including immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
• Counsel patients and providers on drug information, dosage, interactions, and side effects; monitor therapy compliance.
• Maintain a neat, organized workstation and adhere to company standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety.

Ideal Candidate:

• New York Pharmacist license
• Immunization Certification (Required) and comfort administering all vaccines (Required)

Compensation: $62/hr - $65/hr
