Pharmacist - 13 Week Assignment - LTC - York, PA

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment at an LTC facility in York, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with LTC experience or those seeking to expand their expertise in a management role.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Shift: TBD (No overnights, 1st or 2nd shift), Full-time hours
• Location: York, Pennsylvania
• Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Pharmacy department
• Manage and lead pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage and balance pharmacy stock

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing
