We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations at a respected facility in Fairfield, Ohio. If you re someone who values accuracy, leadership, and working in a fast-paced setting, this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to use.

Shift Availability:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and clerks to maintain order accuracy, secure handling of medications, and smooth day-to-day operations.

• Review prescription orders thoroughly to confirm correct dosing, identify possible interactions, and address any contraindications.

• Monitor medication ordering and ensure appropriate prepacking by technicians.

• Manage and document inventory for controlled substances, especially Schedule II drugs, following all applicable regulations.

What You ll Need:

• An active and valid Ohio Pharmacist License.

• Previous experience in a high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a support team effectively.
