Pharmacist, 1st/2nd shift Rotating in Merrillville, IN

Job Title: Pharmacist (Rotating 1st/2nd Shifts)
Location: Merrillville, IN
Environment: Inpatient Hospital

RPH on the go is seeking a Pharmacist with inpatient hospital experience to join our team in Merrillville, IN. This role involves clinical and operational responsibilities, including order verification, medication checking, and performing clinical duties such as kinetics, renal dosing, and formulary conversions. The site utilizes Epic for the computer system and OmniCell automation (training provided).

Qualifications:

• Inpatient Hospital Experience: Previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting is required.
• Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical experience with expertise in kinetics, renal dosing, and formulary management.
• Licensure: Active and clear Indiana pharmacy license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, variable shifts:
  • 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Possible overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) only if needed
• Rotating every other weekend coverage
