Pharmacist - 20 Hrs Weekly - Santa Ana, CA

RPh on the go is actively seeking a Pharmacist in the Irvine, CA area. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Overview:

• Review monitor IV medication therapy for patients in the home care and other outpatients settings
• Ensure effective communications with providers, patients and associates to provide patient focused superior accuracy, safety and security
• Provide patient consultations regarding safe use and storage of prescription medications, relevant health factors, and to respond to inquiries
• Consult with prescribing physicians as questions warrant

Requirements:

• CA AND OR pharmacist license in good standing.
• Specialty or infusion pharmacy experience.

Pay Range:
$60+/hour DOP
