Job Title: Travel Hospital Pharmacist

Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a Travel Hospital Pharmacist with at least 2 years of inpatient hospital experience to join the team. The role involves preparing and verifying medications for distribution, counseling patients on medication management, and ensuring proper inventory control in compliance with departmental standards.

Job Duties:

• Review and interpret medication orders for inpatients and outpatients.
• Prepare and verify medications before distributing to clinics, offices, and ambulance services.
• Provide counseling to patients upon hospital discharge regarding medication management.
• Conduct regular inspections of pharmacy inventory to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Oregon.
• At least 2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
