Pharmacist - chance for direct hire - Benefits Offered

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy experience, with long-term care (LTC) experience being a plus. A valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license is required.

Shift: M - F, 1st shift (8:30am - 5pm), rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications and provide drug therapy management
Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required
Pharmacy experience required
LTC experience preferred
