RPh on the Go, has an immediate opening for a Staff Pharmacist to work a contract assignment in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is licensed in KY and looking to work in a specialty pharmacy.

Position Details:

• Duration: 13+ weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Location: Louisville, KY

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members regarding medication-related queries.
• Provide therapy change recommendations to physicians and client facilities' staff when necessary.
• Maintain a controlled drug register for legal compliance and stock control purposes.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Kentucky Pharmacist License.
• A minimum of 1+ year of pharmacist experience.
