Pharmacist coverage for inpatient hospital, Chanute KS

RPh on the Go is looking to find a staff pharmacist to cover a temporary contract of about 8 weeks in Chanute Ks. This is for an inpatient hospital!

Duties:
- Consutling 
- Verify orders 
- Clinical chart review
- Dosing 


Shift:
- Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Every other weekend 7:30 am - 12:00 pm


Required:
- KS pharmacist license- clear and active 
- Inpatient experience 
- IV Prep experience 
- Outpatient infusion experience
