Job Overview:
As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in our LTC pharmacy. You'll handle medication order entry through QS1/Primecare, manage medication protocols, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Primary Duties:

• Enter and review medication orders using QS1/Primecare.
• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
• Offer counseling and education regarding medications to patients and their families.
• Maintain thorough and current patient records.
• Ensure all practices comply with state and federal regulations.
• Address and resolve any medication-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy settings is required.
• Must hold a valid North Carolina pharmacy license.
• Experience with QS1/Primecare order entry systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
