Job Title: Pharmacist - Dayshift
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are seeking a Pharmacist at a Long-Term Care facility. This position offers an excellent chance to contribute to the care of long-term care patients while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and oversee the preparation of prescription medications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide clinical support to ensure proper medication usage and patient safety.
• Manage medication inventory, ensuring timely availability of necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Address questions and provide support to patients, healthcare providers, and long-term care facilities.
• Stay informed on state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday, Days (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Some Saturdays may be required

Requirements:

• Previous pharmacy experience is required.
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy is a plus but not mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin pharmacist license required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
