Pharmacist - Direct Hire - Full-Time - Floater Pharmacist - Malone, NY

Shift: To be determined (Floater role) - 30-40 hours weekly

Scope of Responsibilities: As a Floater Pharmacist, you will oversee the operations of the Pharmacy department across various locations in the North Country region. This role relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Duties: The responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the accurate dispensing of prescriptions through quality assurance measures.
• Overseeing the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third-party claims.
• Managing and balancing pharmacy inventory for optimal turnover.
• Providing exceptional customer service.

Additional duties involve managing technicians, emphasizing strong customer service, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, managing stock, performing Medication Therapy Management (MT), and maintaining Inventory Management and Maintenance of Records (IMMR).

Requirements:

• Previous retail pharmacy experience
• Active and clear New York (NY) pharmacist license

Additional Information: This position seeks an experienced individual with prior retail pharmacy expertise. The ideal candidate will possess an active and clear NY pharmacist license. The role will involve a floater position across various locations in the North Country region, including GOV, Canton, Potsdam, Malone, and Massena.
