Pharmacist (Evening Shift) 13-Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role, you will oversee pharmacy operations, manage technicians, and ensure smooth medication dispensing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks, ensuring accurate data entry, proper workflow, pharmacy security, and timely delivery schedules.
• Manage medication ordering and prepacking processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Review all incoming medication orders for proper dosage, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.
• Assist with the handling, receiving, and documentation of controlled substances; manage a perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist License in Ohio
• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is preferred
