Pharmacist Evening Shift Opportunity in Ohio (Contract to Hire)

RPh on the Go, is currently hiring for an evening shift pharmacist to support a fast-moving pharmacy environment in Ohio. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire position, ideal for professionals who bring leadership, accuracy, and energy to their work. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

As prescription volume has significantly increased, we re looking for someone who can confidently manage workflow, support technicians, and ensure medications are dispensed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing pharmacy technicians and data entry staff to maintain proper workflow and on-time delivery

• Verifying all new prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, contraindications, and potential interactions

• Monitoring inventory and supervising prepacking processes

• Managing controlled substances in accordance with all regulations and documentation protocols

Requirements:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license

• Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
